Churchill Forge began as a two-person office and has grown into a company with more than 250 employees. Despite the firm’s growth, we are proud to have a small company feel. Our team includes a number of employees who have worked for the company for more than 25 years. In addition, we believe in promoting from within and providing our employees with the freedom to perform their day-to-day tasks autonomously – giving them a sense of pride and ownership in their own work.
