We gladly accept pets (Cats and Dogs). There is a two-pet limit per apartment home, weight total 80 lbs. The Pet fee is $300 per pet and non-refundable. The monthly pet rent is $20 per animal. Breed restrictions and animal types may apply.

Palms of Monterrey gladly accepts dogs or cats no more than 2 pets per apartment totaling 80 lbs in weight. Management must approve each pet before any pet will be allowed. Management reserves the right to refuse to allow any pet regardless
