The payment amount reflected on our rent paying website may not be the full amount owed, consistent with the obligations outlined in your Lease Agreement. Acceptance of an online payment does not negate any remedies taken and authorized by state law and your lease contract, due to your default. CFP reserves the right to terminate or revoke this payment option at any time or to require you to pay by certified funds (cashier's check or money order). Rejected electronic payments/automatic electronic drafts will be handled consistent with your lease agreement.
